Calcium hydroxide production line (Quick Lime Plant Hydrated Lime Automated Production Line )
Hydrated lime, chemical formula Ca(OH)2. As powder, it loses water and becomes quicklime at 580℃, and its clarified aqueous solution is called lime water; The emulsion suspension composed of water is called lime milk. Because of its low price, it is used whenever hydroxide ions are needed. Can be used to make building materials stucco, or water softening.
熟石灰产品全部采用优质化工钙矿石(钙含量95%以上),运用先进的生产工艺精研而成。熟石灰是由生石灰和水发生化学反应而得,是无机化工传统产品。熟石灰的制造有干法和湿法两种生产工艺,工艺略有不同,但原理是一致的:
All products of slaked lime are made of high quality chemical calcium ore (calcium content more than 95%) with advanced production technology. Hydrated lime is a traditional inorganic chemical product, which is produced by chemical reaction between quicklime and water. There are two production processes of hydrated lime, dry and wet. The processes are slightly different, but the principle is the same:
干法氢氧化钙生产工艺:合格的生石灰经鄂式破碎机破碎至3mm左右。经由斗式提升机、仓式振动输送机送入石灰料仓。料仓中的石灰经星形加料定量加入消石灰预消化器,在搅拌杆的强烈搅拌下初步消化,然后进入消化器完成消化过程。消化好的石灰由消石灰提升机和进仓螺旋输送机输入消石灰仓,然后由加灰螺旋风分离器得到合格的精消石灰。精消石灰卸入成品消石灰仓,根据用户需要再进行分包装。
Dry calcium hydroxide production process: qualified quicklime is crushed to about 3mm by jaw crusher. Through the bucket elevator, silo type vibration conveyor into the lime bin. The lime in the silo is quantitatively added to the pre-digester by the star feeding, which is preliminarily digested under the strong stirring of the stirring rod, and then enters the digester to complete the digestion process. The digested lime is input into the lime silo by the lime hoist and the feeding screw conveyor, and then the qualified fine lime is obtained by the ash spiral air separator. The refined lime is discharged into the finished lime silo, and then packaged according to the needs of users.
湿法生产工艺(食品级)–石灰消化法:将石灰石在煅烧成氧化钙后,经精选与水按1:(3~3.5)的比例消化,生成氢氧化钙(灰钙粉)料液经净化分离除渣,再经离心脱水,于150~300℃下干燥,再筛选(120目以上)即为氢氧化钙(灰钙粉)成品。
其反应的过程是:

The reaction process is as follows:
CaCO3→CaO+CO2↑CaO+H2O→Ca(OH)2
Dosing of water and quicklime to the hydrator is accurately controlled by a screw conveyor and water pump at variable speed controlled by inverters.
The product discharged from the hydrator is classified in order to obtain the desired fineness.
